Within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order customers can request a return
If the customers want to return the products, then they should be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging.
If the product is found damaged while receiving it then he/she can request for a return.
If the customer received wrong product, then he/she can request for a return.
If customers want to return unopened products & there is no fault from our side then customer is responsible to return them in good condition.
Customer must contact us on our email id or WhatsApp number to request a return.
Once we approve a return request, we will inform Courier to collect the products within two days.
If it’s a cash on delivery order then courier will refund the amount at the same time.
If customers are paid online then we will refund the amount in the same way once we receive the item from the courier.
It will take few working days to receive the refund amount in customer’s account.
If the customer wants to replace the unopened items without any fault from our side, then customer has to pay 30 AED shipping charges
If we don’t have the specified item to replace then we will refund you after deducting the shipping charge 30 AED.
If the customer gets wrong item or damaged item from our side then shipping charge won’t be deducted.
If the products have any issues (damage, leakage or received wrong item) then customers must provide photos or proof of the issue.
We will return the products only when we found that the reason is genuine.
